If you're considering offering your guests a delicious paella party, we strongly advice you to make a reservation with enough time, The quality of our service have gain a big demand and you have to make sure the date of your choice is not already reserved.
 
 

TERMS OF CONTRACT

We ONLY take care of parties with a minimum of 25 guests. Please reserve the day of your party with anticipation. The price of every dish includes one person to serve the food, salad and bread. Cook-On-Site will have a charge of $100.00 per cook. Second helpings will not be charged. Additional guests from those agreed upon in the contract will be charged. We request a minimum of 50% of deposit at the time of reservation.

PAYMENTS

You can obtain more information or make your reservations by phone dialing 305-551-2309 and using the following credit cards, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, or if you prefer you may send a CHECK or MONEY ORDER. If your date is not already reserved your reservation will be in effect starting the moment you hang-up the phone and will last for the following seven days. Reservation will be in effect the moment we receive your money order or cashier check for the amount of your non-refundable deposit that will be no less than 50% of your total order. You may also pay your deposit by personal check and your reservation will be in effect as soon as your check clears. Cashed money orders and checks will be your proof of payment, therefore we advice you to keep all your stubs and duplicates in a safe place.

 
You may also make reservations by FAX at 305-551-2026, confirmations will be faxed back if you send a fax number for this purpose or by phone if you send us your number. Reservations service by EMAIL is also available at reservations@paellasrus.com we'll EMAIL you back with our confirmation. Reservations policies are the same as above. There will be no reimbursement for any cancelled order.  If you want or need to re-schedule your reservation to a future date, your deposit will be transferred to this new date provided that it does not exceed 120 days following your cancellation. Any expenses that we may incur as a result of your cancellation will be deducted from this deposit.
